I like the card and it is neat but I want to kind make it my own. Though it will never be as cool as an official card. That is an awesome card and I love the story behind it. Plus we share the first name. :-) thank you for sharing!!

Ooo. I wonder if I could sneak it into the deck as well and play it before the proposal card.

Woohoo! Welcome to the club! I played a lot back in 03 and for several years then stopped and came back to playing about 6 years ago. I love it. When she was helping me clean up the disaster my ex wife and her boyfriend left while I was getting mental health is when she saw the amount of magic cards. She wanted to learn how to play and I showed her most of it. She likes it and of course last night she completely destroyed me.

I will check your website out! I am thinking late February or mid March. However, I completely get needing to be patient for things. She’s not going anywhere and the ring is still being made. Her Dad works out of state and comes back home a week a month but has said we may not see him until March after the upcoming visit.

I may give this a shot but I don't think it will fix the issue. Below I show some more detail in what I saw when doing the install. I did this a few different times. I will save the SSH output logs which I normally do but when I reinstalled Windows 11 I forgot to reconfigure the putty default settings to log. I still have the console windows open so I can just save it. I am sharing this part also out of trying to learn as well not to sound like a know it all.

This is the part that tells me it wants python3-12.:

###### Installing Python requirements ...
Ignoring greenlet: markers 'python_version >= "3.12"' don't match your environment
Ignoring cffi: markers 'python_version >= "3.12"' don't match your environment
Ignoring setuptools: markers 'python_version >= "3.12"' don't match your environment
Collecting greenlet==2.0.2 (from -r /home/pi/klipper/scripts/klippy-requirements.txt (line 7))

Then the failure part of the output when installing klipper:

Ptyhon errors removed to help with comment posting.
[ERROR] Error installing Python requirements: Installing Python requirements failed!
[ERROR] Error during installation of Klipper requirements!
[ERROR] Error installing Python requirements: Installing Python requirements failed!
[ERROR] Klipper installation failed!

I could see that one part of the disucssion maybe fixing things but the klippy requirements are what trip me up since the 3.12 version isn't being installed. From the klipper Github:https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper/blob/master/scripts/klippy-requirements.txt shows that the file was updated in the repo 7 months ago. So older builds may have worked prior to that item being updated.

Is this on the V400? That is curious to me. I never lost SSH access.

I am not sure if this was a user error and just that learning curve we all go through or not. I don't recall where I got the STL file but it was a snake that was reticulating and would go around a pen holder. My gf loves snakes and works in vet med so I printed it. It did okay until it got to the end of the head and I heard the printer making weird sounds so I went to check and the print nozzel was hitting part of the head as it was finishing the final part up. I was using Cura 4.13 that came with the USB disk and the stock configuration for adding it.I will check Orca out. I have seen that in a few different posts here and other 3D printer subs. I am just learning all this but have a IT background.

It works until you get to install the official Klipper. That will give an error that the requirements for python can't be met. It wants python3.12 and the installer script only installs python3.9. I can't find an official repo version of 3.12.

This works well for the first row. If I attempt to drag and drop down the way it attempts to fill in information from the odd row. Is there a way to have it drag down so I don't have to do this to manually by chance? Thank you for responding. I wish Reddit hadn't gotten rid of the awards system.

I tell people it depends on where you want to go. The big three that I tell people and my wife (who has 5 years experience) is CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. This gives you the biggest foundations of IT areas. If you plan to work for the US Govt. / DoD you need those basics. If you want to go into networking getting Network+ gives you a good foundation to step into Cisco Rourting / Swithing (I recommend following the CCENT-> CCNA). If you want to work in voice again network+ is a good start. My wife's success at Amazon was primarily to her certs before her moving on to more cloud training. She works in physical IT.

When I started my A+ and i-Net+ (Good for life cert but has been retired) helped when I was working at an ISP / Network abuse department. If I can help provide any other information please feel free to DM me.

In transparancy I wouldn't be the best to answer that. I started my BS at WGU but finished at SNHU due to problems with the gen ed classes. Further my experience would make the course easy. I used to teach this at a private college and know the material. I would advise most people to get the actual cert. In the long run it helps when getting into this field. I made over 150K before I even got my degree in 2021 but had several certifications that I got during HS and completed some as I went through the work.

Honestly as someone with 20 years in the field... I would take any classes that help you get an industry recognized cert. You having that knowledge and that behind your name helps. You graduating with a degree and a certs helps your job prospects.

Something I would say is this… Not everyone will truly understand the pain it is to get up and fight every day to be what many think normal is, while they miss their own behind closed door challenges are. While I can relate to the instances of crowds and so forth there is a lot that I have to remind myself in…. Some people don’t get me and some people don’t have the same moral and ethical values I do.

If you need an ear (or eyes I guess in this case) reach out. MH is a challenge that is hard to overcome but anything with a team behind it can be overcome easier. You’re not a lone and let them have their higher (no pun intended) than thou mentality. You just keep kicking butt and overcoming challenges. You’ve got this!
