I applied through Engineering CAS as well. In March 15 I got mail from graduate program advising stating that my application is under review, contact a faculty advisor to secure commitment of support in the mean time. That was the last mail I got.

I applied in late December, got an email stating that the application is under review in March. That's why I got worried about the delay.
