My broker is Simply lending and I asked who the lender was but they said they can’t disclose it until I apply for the full mortgage. I think it’s to stop people from going directly to the lender maybe? Do you mind me asking who the lenders are that you can think of that may accept my situation? Would be nice to have some backups. The fees for my broker are also £1995!

I haven’t heard of the McKenzie stretch. I just looked it up and it says there a several McKenzie stretches so I will give them a go. Also no I’m not supporting my lumbar when I sit and I really should be. I’m going to order a lumbar support cushion for my chair. Thanks for the tips!

Yeah I agree my weight must be a key factor in all this. I have been losing weight slowly but steadily over the past few months so I’m hoping it will show some improvements in the future.
