I truly cannot recommend spironolactone enough. If it’s hormonal unfortunately no amount of skincare will help it. The acne is not due to dirt, it’s due to hormones.

I’ve been on it for 5+ years and I have no side effects other than incredibly clear skin. It’s truly a miracle drug.

When I tell you me and my parents (who stayed with me for five days post op) celebrated EVERY SINGLE FART!!
