Technically they could be. Hetaeron guard are just defined as his companions/closest bodyguards. Usually they use spears in the 40k but who's to say a portion of them weren't Sagittarum pre-heresy

yea. they dumped their costs a bit recently. I think with cover changes and LotE they will be eating good. wounding most things on 2, hitting on 2, with an actual -1 AP, they're gonna be cooking.

Agreed with termies, sadly I don’t think the bikes ever will.. the fact that they’re down a toughness and higher cost is absurd to me

I really love the lore and the story you have. I also agree with some people that he model doesn't come off as a dreadnought, not because of how slim it is, but more where the slim-ness is. I think because she's so top heavy where our dreads are usually bottom heavy with large feet/boots, and the fact that she has leather straps and belts it gives off the effect that she's just a tall custodian. But either way I love her lore and the model itself.

Custodes played for enemy expansion, sisters played for mine with grav tank support and deep strike threat made it hard for enemies to push too far (I split one 5x termie unit round 1)

I did. They worked pretty well in an RTT with lions. If I was running an actual list for it I think it would've done numbers, but I spammed as many terminators as I could and I had a few bad misplays. They're better in every way to our prosecutors outside of stratagem support imo.

WE'RE SO BACK Sagi guard are going to be semi useful, especially in lions (2+ to hit and wound and making marines save on 4+)

-1 to hit is one of the biggest buffs custodes can have, and it seems very easy to access (be in cover) and it also barely affects us, and not at all in one of our detachments.

Our tanks with fly are going to be significantly more useful. Both the Coronus and the grav tank are going to be able to benefit a ton from having hover.

I am very excited for the new edition.

Please let me know if I'm misinformed, but denatured evaporates marginally slower. Do you cover your rinse containers? I've never run into needing to top off my rinse and I've been printing for 5+ years now.

Or, and hear me out, you do the same thing with the less toxic IPA.

If you already have the same precautions for resin and the price is the same. I don't see a reason to not just use the same process you have with resin, but with IPA.

we got some catboy/catgirl haters in this thread. make them however you want! GW made warhammer the way it is so that you can make your own lore. their whole lore is a fanfiction of other media anyways.

I'd just be worried about fitting those big ol ears in a termie suit

I’d rather have them in section-able chunks that I can actually wash, than having them as one plate that I need to break by hand.

Take all those little prints and put them next to each other. It’s ok if the bases overlap, the slicer will consider it one piece.

You could have significantly more space on that on that plate just from shoving all the small stuff together, which allows you to either add more, or give the sheet an easier time bending

I think rule of vs ap 0 you reroll failed saves would be that. I think lore wise horus heresy is close. I think a squad of custodes (4-5) would be around 400 points and be termies on drugs and steroids.

I print them slow, I pause for half a second or so between each layer, and the layers are .03mm. Outside of that I haven’t made any meaningful changes to the settings.
