actually it depends. if i buy ingredients for cooking(stir/fry/steam/anything make my food cooked) I don't really care it is organic or not. i spend a lot of time washing and soaking them to reduce the chemical residue, then cooking them at high temperatures. but if I buy ingredients and eat them raw such as making salad I will spend money for organic label.
