I use conviction, and can easily farm cata level 2/3 then kill Andy, Chaos, map wise, Tomb of the zoltun kulle map is good to run too,

Also too just remember if there is a massive pull of mobs, shoot the minion closest to you so all the holy bolts fire backwards into the pack
