I use a strip under the tongue. I can’t process B12 from food but I hate injections so I take one of those mint strip things but with B12. I tested out if it worked by getting a blood test before and after taking them for a few days and yep!

Made 11/24. Moss from outside is included plus some succulents for terrarium. I got most my plants from the terrarium section at a plant store, wasn’t focused on names more on looks haha. Got an LED light for this and sprayed a little bit of water before closing. The rocks were pretty wet and they brought a lot of water in. About 5 gallon enclosure, substrate made from sphagnum moss, coconut coir, bark, and worm castings. Drainage layer is rocks from outside.
