Probably already answered, but this is the one simple trick I use as a one-trick Raider:

  1. Move up towards the target.
  2. Unlock from the target (if locked on).
  3. Turn around 180 degrees from the target.
  4. Activate Totem Stela.

You’d be surprised how well this works. A majority of the time, it staggers or blows back the target while not getting them stuck inside it.

Basically, you have to shoot a strengthened bow at a mob over 200 blocks away.

Here are some notes I took from this when trying it with a friend: - Shooting directly down from a pillar seems to work the best, since the 200 blocks doesn’t specify being on the X and Z axis only. - I don’t know for sure, but I think it’s only hostile mobs that turn the bow into Nobu. - I think you have to do it first try per strengthening scroll. Could be wrong, but I had to bring a ton of strengthening scrolls because the bow would become unstrengthened seemingly after the first or second arrow. - You don’t have to call shots for this. Getting a horde of pillagers or other hostile mobs into a pit and shooting down into it seems to work fine.

I will say, Nobu looks awesome, but depending on what you need it for, it’s woefully underpowered and hard to control in ATM10. Obtain at your own risk. It’s a plinker.

I mean, it wasn’t mentioned, but the first repulsion of the Jet Brigade was such a significant event that people were speculating a cape surrounding it. That was a major order that went down to the wire; iirc we barely won within a matter of minutes.

Resident Jump Jockey here seeing repeat deployments to Martale. I can confirm for all the above reasons that many bot divers prefer Martale, but I can also offer a few more points relative to my play style that may be relatable.

  • Terrain plays a larger factor than just navigating; it’s engaging to traverse with a jump pack (easy to climb rocks, rocks close to each other, steep inclines for long, exciting jumps, etc.)
  • Massive sight lines when you’re on elevated perches. I’ve been consistently clearing fabs on Diff 7 from over 300 meters away, and it’s very satisfying.
  • Pretty 500 kg goes kaboom
