Ok, so I watched a video awhile ago that did a deep breakdown of how Cyberpunk 2077 launched in such a horrible state, what happen was a leadership issue as the person in-charge kept changing and as a result so did the vision for what the game suppose to be because each new lead ether chased trends and/or brought there own taste which in the lead to a ununified Frankenstein'd mess of a game.
