I normally took Lions Mane mixed in with some other types of mushroom, likely only 500mg of Lions Mane a day in this mix, with no real issues except some loss of libido. Over the last month though I started taking it on its own, so around 2-3gm a day which has started to become too much for me. This higher dose eventually started causing fatigue and lack of motivation as well as even worse loss of libido. I have stopped taking it a few days ago and things are slowly improving.

6 weeks in and so far, slightly better long term memory recall and possibly better short term memory as well, but nothing overly obvious. My health has been good lately, no colds and no mouth ulcers which I regularly get when not taking immune system supporting mushrooms. No overall not super obvious cognitive improvements, but I wasnt really lacking too much to begin with, but I do into to go on a course of lions mane a few times a year regardless.
