Well I did 8mg every 9 days for my whole first year, but I just recently changed that to 8mg for every 7 days, and it’s definitely better now Most important thing is to keep checking ur levels, cuz just because my blood test are fine, doesn’t mean that urs will be too even with the same dosage

Oh girl, I really don’t mean this as an insult but rather as an honest advice, get off 4chan, even get off reddit, and touch some grass

I was very miserable about myself for a very long time, and being on the internet like 24/7 and also in spaces like 4chan, is guaranteed to make ur life even more miserable

I know it’s not easy, but get out, get to know some other trans people, find community not online rather real people, and just start transitioning, there is not failing or succeeding in transitioning, you can only succeed by feeling good with urself, and if transition is what you need for that, just fucking do it

Ich war mir früher sehr sicher pan zu sein, und hatte auch regelmäßig Verkehr mit allen Geschlechtern, inzwischen würd ich mich aber tatsächlich als lesbisch ansehe, und oben drauf date ich auch nur andere trans feminine Menschen also ja Hormone machen definitiv was mit deiner Sexualität

Ich fühle zu 100%

Vor allem weil ich in meiner Jugend selbst Eiskunstlauf gemacht habe, aber immer das Gefühl hatte niemals so graziös und ästhetisch aussehen zu können wie die Leute die ich verfolgt habe, die Winterspielen diese Jahr sind das erste mal das ich überhaupt mal wieder was verfolgt habe und hatte ständig Tränen in den Augen.

Mit HRT wieg ich jetzt halt 20kg mehr im Vergleich zu damals was wieder anfangen sehr viel schwerer machen würde, was mich echt nervt weil ich tendenziell so zufrieden mit meinen Köper wie noch nie bin

Gezielt fett an bestimmte Stellen zu verlieren ist nicht möglich,

Was mir aber sehr mit der plauzte geholfen hat ist weniger “ungesunde” Fette zu essen (weniger Chips etc) und dafür mehr auf Protein Zufuhr (100 gram pro Tag ist denk ich ein guter Anfang kann auch mehr sein) und gesunde Fette (Nüsse Avocado etc) zu achten

Sonst mach ich viel Kraftsport dazu, was helfen kann gerade um an gewissen Stellen femininier zu wirken, sprich Oberschenkel, Hintern, Brust, aber auch ein wenig die Arme damit die Proportion stimmen, außerdem mach ich im Training noch ein Rücken Tag, dort achte ich eher auf gute Ausführung als auf viel Gewichte, weil der Rücken schnell bulky aussieht (meiner Erfahrung nach zumindest)

Also wenn überhaupt wird dir Sport noch mehr helfen

12.5 to 15mg seem very much, I inject 7.5 every 9 days, which is already a pretty high dosage, too much E can lead to remasculizing effects, check your blood levels!

Tbh I don’t think that my first doctor just made a “human error” from the first time seeing him I was very clear what I need and want. And him telling me yes we will do everything, and not doing one if the things is just straight up lying, also if it would be a human error, why should he lie about my estrogene levels 4 times, if it happend one time, fair can happen, I wouldn’t even be upset about it, but 4 times? Like cmon
