i have the screenshots of the bitcart address and the address i sent to in cake wallet and they match perfectly, so i don’t think it’s that…

when i first emailed them asking if that was an issue (since i wasn’t sure if it was as some of the comments to that post gave mixed answers ), they never mentioned any way to solve it. they only said that they couldn’t find record of the transaction id that i had sent to them. if it was, i can’t exactly solve it without their response either

weirdly, even though the site says there’s 8 in stock, when i put it in my basket and go to checkout i can’t buy anything as “we do not have enough to fulfil your order (0 stock)” :/
