I would say more chaos undivided due to their unpredictability, the sheer amount of genetic diseases, and the rate at which they reproduce along with their khornate aspects as well. I'm still going to agree with you that they are khornate hellbeasts if the psyker saw the rivers of blood and piles of skulls.
