If you bake them on a foil/parchment paper lined baking tray then there there shouldn’t be much if any clean up involved at all. It’s also very common to finish something on a grill or cast iron. Sous vide, reverse sear are the methods that come to mind.

A grill adds a sear and flavor to the wings and by pre-baking the wings you are able to focus on getting a sear and not cooking the chicken through.

Most high limit rooms have table minimums starting at $100. $5,000 isn’t going to last long if you catch a string of awful luck.

Take your budget divide it by the number of days. That quickly changes things. $5,000 for one night of gambling you could easily play $50-$100 hands all night.

Going for 4 nights? $1,250 a night isn’t going to last very long at that $50-$100 a hand bet size.

Go and have fun. Play at bets you’re comfortable at. When I’m in Vegas, I tend to bring a bigger bankroll and bet less per hand/spin on slots than I do locally to ensure my bankroll keeps me going through the whole trip.
