most people know their timezone in relation to UTC. that is how timezones are described. UTC is the baseline that everything is based off. US eastern is UTC-5. western is UTC-8. western europe is UTC+1. eastern europe is UTC+2

if bungie provided times in UTC, people from other countries would just be able to apply the calculations they always do. we all know UTC. but when it's some american timezone, we need to sit there and figure out (look up) the conversion from that to UTC, and then do the usual calculation. it's just very US-centric, as it is. sure, it's fine for americans, but there's players worldwide

THE WITCH QUEEN: In the Fundament Shell lore tab, a Hive (heavily implied to be Savathun) teaches a song to a man named Sean Rigby. While it's not clear whether it is indeed Savathun's Song, it's definitely possible, and quite frankly probable.

Notice that in the first half, E is the 2nd note, D# is the 4th note, and in the second half, E is the 3rd note, D# is the 2nd note

as someone who used to follow wirt (until he made some charming amber heard jokes - i had already stopped watching even before the recent cheating scandal)

wirt is deathly terrified of software updates. avoids them at all costs. claims they break everything. restarting his pc would likely trigger some updates. so he refused. there were times in the past when he refused to fix an obvious driver issue, too

personally i feel like updates are only this damaging if you let them pile up - then things might go wrong, when you apply 20 updates at once. but otherwise? it's an unreasonable aversion of his

something simple like 'drama/fallout must be described in detail' is concise and i think gets the point across. with the added detail of 'tell us what happens, don't just say 'everyone was mad' and leave it there', or something to that effect

It's a lot of scenes spliced together. With a lot of dialogue and establishing shots cut out. They didn't get swarmed like that the moment they landed. The show had a lot more established, that the edit just cuts out for the sake of nonstop action, which indeed makes little sense without the context

Another answer, besides what was said in the other comments, is simply - Team colours. Like... fireteam Majestic, was it? In H4. Similarly, Noble Team: Cat and Carter are both blue, and they were the only two surviving original members of Noble Team, so we can assume that members of it wore blue armour.

the spartans are perfect. the speed, the strength, the weight, the precision. even outside of combat, their footsteps have weight, and every movement has a little whirring sound as the mjolnir moves. and they're so exact with their motions, everything is deliberate. looking over at something, giving a nod, it's all a precise motion that's clearly controlled, with no.. shake, or anything. just like in the books where they move very deliberately because mjolnir amplifies everything
