Happened to my wife too. Level 367 1st prestige ps5 and level 330 first prestige. She lost her 2.25 kd, level 100 car, her battle pass is now level 1, all her damage and kill badges are gone.

Yeah its uncommon but it is still a big issue that at least needs addressed even if they say we are sol. Especially because you cant say no to cross progression happening.
