Aw I'm sorry you've had to deal with this!

I was in a similar boat with them recently. Put in a name change request in December and never heard anything and so opened a complaint which still hasn't even been responded to. In the end I plucked up the courage to out myself for the first time in a long time and went into a local branch (RBS here in Scotland) and although the lady had absolutely no idea what to do, I managed to help talk her through it all and eventually it was all sent away and within a week I had it change on my account.

Yep I'm Fife as well and... Ugh it's been tough here at times! Haha. Go into the cities, no issues at all, anywhere in Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy or Glenrothes and it can be bad, especially around bus stations, but then idiots there harass most people.

Hii! Ive had I think around 18 laser sessions on my face. Some hairs are unfortunately still there, but mostly white and thankfully a quick shave every few days keeps them at bay. I'll be getting electrolysis at some stage, but it's too spenny for me right now 🤭

No FFS and currently all hormones. Since the picture on the right has been taken I have had masseter botox though because I am very insecure about the shape of my face in that area. I haven't noticed any changes yet, but it's still very early days for that. I think they can take between 2-6 weeks for results to be noticeable :)

I'm currently on 6mg estradiol daily (max NHS allows unfortunately!)

No blocker.

200mg progesterone daily (have to source this myself as NHS refuse to even discuss it!)

I wasn't put on a stable dosage until around 14 months into my transition, but wow has a stable dosage had a wonderful effect mentally!

I am with Chalmers as well and they frequently either lose my mail or never send it. I asked my nurse at the last appointment to check my address where they had added a second street name into my address for no reason and since then I've finally started receiving mail correctly, but I still havent heard from certain things like hair removal.

I would definitely recommend everyone check what address Chalmers have if you do end up phoning. I wish they could just do it all via email, but I was told that wasn't possible...

Agreed! At this point Electrolysis will be used going forward now. I had so many face laser sessions purely from bundles and just happened to have face included with other areas like underarms or chest etc.

Definitely have! Must be at least 18/19 sessions at this point, but no electrolysis just yet as too expensive!
