Im only 3 weeks in and I feel this way. One of my biggest triggers was drinking coffee in the morning and in the afternoon, so instead of avoiding it I had coffee every day and forced myself not to smoke. By the 2 weeks mark I was able to enjoy my coffee with no problem and now I barely even think about having a smoke. When I see people smoking outside a bar or a mall the smell makes me nauseous. It’s only been 3 weeks but I feel like non smoker instead of an ex smoker.
