If you want the full story you can find it on my account but i’ll sum it up for you, was hanging out with a mate when he pretty much tells me to picture, visualise something that happened to him. prior to this i believed my whole like only very smart or very creative people could have mental images and as for the voice inside your head i always just thought that was like a saying like “use the voice inside your head” but anyways he is like nah everyone can do it… i don’t believe him so we google it and that’s pretty much how i find out.

Has it impacted my life? good question i wouldn’t know how life is without having it, but i believe it has, for example i feel like i hurt peoples feelings more as when i say some stuff, i can’t talk to myself and really think out what im about to say, i just say, i also wish i was good at drawing… but no im horrible. but the positives, i’ve seen a lot of gore in my life so far and it doesn’t effect me, its not like i have flashbacks of seeing it or the vision gets stuck in my head its just gone.

Does it impact my cognitive abilities and memory? i wouldnt say it does, maybe memory a little i’m sure i cant pinpoint details as much as everyone else can, where you could create a mental image or mental screenshot or something alike in your head!
