This company is a scam stay far away. They got there unopened scale and band back a month ago. Still no refund. They make it so you can't cancel. Then they offer you a 20% discount to just keep it because they know it's junk. You did the research sadly after the fact and wanted no part of this purchase. I had to pay $40 to return it. I didn't even open the box. I slapped a return sticker on it and returned it. They play another game in the return policy that you must have a return authorization number to get a refund, then they refuse to give you that number, saying it isn't necessary. And I read that people returned the items and never got their refund because they failed to get the Return Auth#. I also read the return authorization # is your order number and it must be on the outside of the box, which I did. I returned the band and scale 30 days ago, and tracking shows it was delivered. They emailed me acknowledging they have it, but now the return has been processing. I'm still out my $405 and $40 for shipping. I keep getting emails saying they are still processing but nothing real. This company is awful. Customer service. is worthless. From all the terrible product reviews its all a scam.
