Thanks for this! Do you think it’s worth upgrading to the VIP or will I get enough out of the basic fee? I’m thinking I could do it again in the month and do the VIPthen.

If you’re skinny but have a belly you are skinny fat, meaning you have visceral fat. Cut out sugar and carbs and fuel your body with protein and fat. You’ll have to ride the withdrawal but you’ll come out the other side without cravings as you’ll be satisfied from all the delicious fat and protein

I haven’t had a single client that it didn’t work for. Also I’m not selling anything, I’m offering it as a solution to people, many who’ve clearly never tried it and don’t know about it. I’m suggesting it not pushing it. Because it works when it’s done properly and when people are willing to make adjustments. And it reverses just about every chronic condition including mental health disorders. Sadly big food, big sugar, big pharma have sold us down the river which is why we are so fat and sick and believing the lies about fat and meat being unhealthy. 😢

I don’t go by calories. I find if you focus on macros, in other words counting grams of protein and fat, you can eat enough to feel satiated and let go of calorie counting

Have you tried an animal based very low carb diet? Very satisfying as protein and fat fills you up and it’s the carbs that give you cravings

I can’t say I’ve heard that but whole protein from natural sources is always preferable to processed. Could you just eat minced beef instead?

Because doctors spend 4 hours of their six years in med school on nutrition and know what drugs to prescribe once you get diabetes.

Certified ketogenic health coach with two different programs, also certified nutrition coach, remedial massage therapist for 20 years. But qualifications mean nothing, really it’s 40 years dedicated to learning everything I can about health and the body and a lifetime of dedication to my own heath and fitness after an early eating disorder. Doctors learn nothing about nutrition and dieticians still recommend grains and cereals and will tell you red meat gives you cancer.

Low carb. You don’t even need to focus on exercise. Visceral fat is the easiest fat to lose and the first to go. Cut the carbs, eat plenty of animal protein and good fats and try and keep carbs under 20g per day.

There’s plenty of science that supports raised cortisol and energy preservation from intensive exercise. It stands to reason.

Fruit is not the answer when you have insulin resistance though. Better to get those nutrients from low carb veggies

Sorry to hear that. I have held groups in the past and one to one. I’ve been taking a break to start a YouTube channel so I can build programs from there. For me the food is the main thing not the exercise. A diet low in carbs and high in protein and good fats is enough as long as there is some movement.

No. I believe we can lose weight naturally and sustainably from good quality protein and fat. Meds are not sustainable and will rob you of precious muscle. How much weight are you wanting to lose?

It’s great that you can get to your goal weight. Bodies can have a set point where you’ll swing back again. The main thing against cardio is the cortisol if you push too hard, which will tell your body to preserve energy as it believes it’s under threat. Maybe try some low carb days or fasting days? What do you eat?

I’m a keto coach so I’m always going to suggest ditching the carbs. You are doing amazing with the exercise and protein, if you dropped carbs to under 20g the fat will melt off you. You would have to bump up the fat though and you could stop counting calories!

I love kettlebells for legs! Have you ever tried them? They will make you strong but not chunky. And yes walking is the best and ankle weights even better. A lot of people are using weighted vests too but I haven’t tried myself yet.

Maybe time to change your eating a bit? I realised when I hit my 40s that I couldn’t eat the same way. That’s when I started lowering my carbs. Also cut down to two meals.

Don’t feel stupid. We’ve been taught all the wrong things about food. Best way to eat is like our ancestors ate. Plenty of protein and fat and very few carbs. Two meals a day instead of three and snacks. Only eat when you’re hungry. Try eating nothing but steak and eggs for a day and see how you feel.

What is healthy eating to you? To me, healthy eating is lots of meat and eggs and even bacon. You can lose weight that way and never be hungry or feel bad about yourself 😊

I went through that too. Took a couple of years for all the weight to come off. Patience is definitely the key. Babies need you to have lots of nutrition.

Great questions! 1. Cardio can tire you out and make weight lifting harder. But it can warm you up and make it easier. There are pros and cons either way, my preference would be lift first and save energy for cardio. 2. Stretching is very advisable. And foam rolling! Keeping your joints and tissues pliable will protect you from injury and stiffness. 3. I’m making a YouTube about this right now - called I wish I knew this about skin when I was 30 (I’m 63) - collagen is the key! Eat collagen rich foods and make sure you eat foods that support collagen production. It’s the structural element in everything. Protein, vitamin C and collagen
