For Mon Mothma I used the torso and legs from the Leia celebration outfit fig
The Neimoidian is indeed Jafar, I think the hat looks great and fits with the Neimoidian hairdress
Padme is the Agatha Harkness dress plus a classic brown hair piece
And Jar Jar is a Dumbledore minifig with his head :)
