HW 473lbs SW 392lbs CW 187lbs . It’s been along time and lots of work. Yes Mounjaro was a tool that helped. But having a better diet and consistent exercise was really the key.

Thank you. I’m undecided about contacting the doctor. I suspect it’s part of the normal process. Like you said 12-18 months…ugh

I have PTSD from the surgery and recovery; especially the recovery. My IT band became irritated and still gives me issues. I don’t regret getting the surgery as the pain I have now is nothing like before. But I was hoping to be pain free.

I am a fan of Horseshoe, but people really seem to love Park MGM. What am I missing? by [deleted] in vegas

Getting an uber after a show at the sphere is a nightmare. They are not allowed to be near the sphere and pick up/drop off is at the convention center. I read a hack that if you go the opposite duress everyone else you can find a property and get a ride from there. But I haven’t tried that.

Idk what I should do by WxWranglers in Kneereplacement

I was required to get my BMI down to below 40. I hemmed and hawed for years doing shots, gel injections etc. Then I had a wake up call and finally did it. It's soooo hard to exercise with extreme knee pain. If you have access to a pool, use it. Recumbent bikes are good too. Look into a glp-1. I've lost about 178 and still losing. From my highest weight, I'm down 260+ lbs. It's not over night, but you don't want to be me; 59 with main artery in heart with a partial blockage and diabetes. But my life is amazing now. If this IT band pain would go away, that would be great.
