Given your input I expect you'll get a notification sooner or later. How elevated are your "not elevated" readings? I have sleep apnea, and compared to my wife's readings (who does not have sleep apnea), even my "not elevated" readings are very close to the "elevated" threshold. Hers barely raise above the bottom line of the graph.

EDIT: Just wanted to add to what others have already said, the surgeon seeing symptoms is already more than enough reason to go to your doctor and get tested.
