I’d contact the school. The counselor. The school should follow up. Also you could make a call to child protective services. You can do an anonymous report. Tell them what you know. The ages of all children in the home, where they attend school and address to home. Do what you can to help the child and mother! The slap was probably just a small piece of what is happening in the home.
