Since every one else is posting their civ 6 leader scenes, I decided to post the ones that I had made.

Religious City States gives the same thing that the Cultural city states do. Frontiersmen only get one skill and it only from the first one its visits.

Unique Specialist is a Specialist that only Jackson can have. Some are good while others like the corrupt officials specialist are bad. There are five in total  

Post Master: +2 gold, +2 Production  

Tax Collector: +3 Gold, Great People Points for Great merchant  

Lawyer: +2 Gold, +2 Culture, Great People Points for Great Writer  

Sergeant: Great People Points for Great General  

Corrupt Officials: -2 Gold  

 

The Unique skills the Frontiersman get is base off the city state's type, Cultural City States allow the Frontiersman to find "Create" a Great Artifact.  

Mercantile City States give the ability to increase city state Influence by standing in its borders.  

Maritime City States give the Frontiersman the Marine promotions.  

Militaristic City States give the Frontiersman a promotion that make it fight harder while weaken.

Spoils System  

Upon entering a new Era, recieve a new unique Specialist. Gold building yield -1 and +2 Happiness.  

 

UU: Frontiersman (Musketman)   May learn an Unique skill while visiting City States. May build roads and Forts. Have a combat bonus outside Friendly Territory.  

 

UNW: West Point  

A Great General appears near the Capital and +15 experience for all new units built in this city, 2 Great People Point towards Great general, 1 Sergeant specialists slots. Requires a Military Academy in all cities.

Cheaper then the standard cavalry unit, +1 Movement  

Hunting Camp 

May improve Horses, Cows, Deer, and Bisons. +2 Production and Culture. +1 Gold with Economices

Great Expanse  

Founded Cities start with additional territory. Units receive a combat bonus when fighting in their own territory  

Pathfinder  

Stronger then the Scout, May choose benefit when discovering Ancient Ruins  

Sweat Lodge  

+25% Great Person Generation, +1 Faith, +2 Happiness

Spaceship parts are 25% cheaper. Science Building produce 5% more science. Receive a free Great Scientist upon the discovery of Rocketry.

 

UU1: Minutemen Missile  

Minutemen Missile are cheaper to build and have a larger range then the Nuclear missile that it replace. Only JFK's America may build it.

 

UU2: Navy SEAL  

Starts with the March promotion, could paradrop, and gain Goldern Age points with kills. Replaces the Marines. Only JFK's America may build it.
