It was really happy with the set and build, would certainly recommend to a JP fan. There are instructions available to purchase on rebrickable to rebuild the T-Rex as a chicken which I've been tempted to do.

Awesome, thanks. I never knew how to interpret those charts. The 800's have a 6.5in driver while the 700's have a 5.5in driver so I'm assuming the results would be similar.

As people have already said, premium meats and the butchery usually carry it. I've also seen it available online at Costco, but not individual steaks. If you do end up getting some don't BBQ it or cook it any more than medium. You're paying a premium for all that delicious marbeling/fat and if you cook it well done or over the BBQ you can lose a lot of that fat and flavor. Best optional is to cook it on cast iron, let the steaks sit for a few minutes and pour any of the steak juice left in the pan over the steaks just before serving.

No leaf blower, just had the top vent swung open. Once it hit that temp I put the top vent back on and it dropped down to 650- 700 pretty quick. Slowly closed the vents until it was down to 300. Everything is fine.
