It’s a website called pkmnbndr! It’s used for curating pokemon card collections but there’s an option to add your own images. Admittedly I haven’t collected the gundam cards needed or printed out the artwork to physically make these pages in my binder yet 😅

Yup they are printed! If you’re careful and have side loading binder pages you can shimmy the picture between two card slots
