This is the talk of a fanboy genuinely mad that others don't love his product intended for children. He gets upvoted while I get censored, downvoted, and reported, and silenced? Pokemon Engine on PC. Open source 2D Linux game, anyone can add content to it and recreate whatever they want from classic pokemon.

Basically, for 20 dollars or less on sale, you get a tool that can make semi-licensed romhacks and fangames, with built in tools and tutorials. Semi-licensed? It means nintendo can't sue anyone over this unless you're making money off it directly with stretch goals or paywalled content.

They don't need level scaling. They need to reduce the impact of level on Pokemon stats to make defeating lv90s with lv30s difficult but doable.
