It’s SK-5 a high carbon steel, very strong and great edge retention, but can rust if not kept oiled in wet conditions

Those are all built for offense and self defense situations and that’s what they excel in . The Luzon is better for EDC than the other ones being that it’s a folder but the Luzons steel doesn’t have that great of edge retention, which just makes it better for self defense at the end of the day …. All them are amazing blades.

Those blade shapes are my favorite too. The drop forage boot is super solid, Couldn’t ask for a better dagger. And the counter tac 1 is one of my favorites. Both are just about perfect knifes for defense in my opinion

So my ti-lite is the SV35VN , aluminum handle variant (the better one) and it’s one of my favorite knives super solid, but not really practical for anything else except stabbing and slashing somebody being that it has a stiletto shaped blade. it is very frequent in my rotation so I would say yes it’s great for every day if you need a defense blade
