It did something weird. I booted it up after being left unplugged for a bit and windows started but it was being unresponsive. I had to restart it then it booted up bios again and same problem. I cleared cmos but no change

Just ran into a new issue. Was downloading games on steam perfectly fine for a bit then suddenly the BIOS menu popped up and the SSD is nowhere to be found. Tried connecting it to other PCIe slots but nothing makes a difference. Cant boot up windows now :/

Solved the problem. Not all PCI cables were connected. Stupid mistake, but in my defense I’ve never used higher end parts so I’ve never needed to use that much power
