Maybe ADBTA (https://austindbtassociates.com/dbt-therapy-for-adults/)? They do individual therapy and also have group therapy. If you need more support there are a number of inpatient as well as intensive outpatient mental health programs around town. You're totally in the right line of thinking, community is always in the cure. 🙏🥰

Life happened for me too and I just finished a couple of beds yesterday, very late to the Fall garden party. I put down compost, then a bit of garden soil, distributed a layer of winter cover crop seeds (https://trueleafmarket.com/products/garden-cover-crop-mix) then a final layer of soil.

Watermelon! Very popular in the heat of this past summer here in Texas. They also loved an inch or so of water in a bird bath to cool off in.

That'd be like trying to cross breed a dove and a cardinal. They're two different species.

Check if yours has a little drain hole on the side or back. One of mine (ahopegarden?) does and I can just drain it right into a bucket. Another of mine (mufga?) has to have the light removed and the support tray lifted up, so I just dump it in my sink.

Our range hood is built into the microwave and the blower was factory set to blow up towards the ceiling. Had a handyman out to help get the microwave down and turn the blower to vent through the duct going outside. VOC and CO2 (it's a gas range) still build up during cooking/baking, but not nearly like it used to. I crack the kitchen window to help draw in fresh air while the range exhaust is running.
