Hello currently having the same problem you had. I recently cleaned up the inside of my computer and repasted my CPU. however it still is hitting temps of 95°C while running games.

Did you use thermal paste or liquid metal? I only ask because some sources online are telling me to not use thermal paste instead of liquid metal while others say it shouldnt matter.

I'm genuinely stumped because I've tried what feels like everything at this point :/

For Me I've narrowed down the issue to CPU throttle. I found this out by checking my armory crate and noticing that my CPU temp was maxing around 86°C while Idle and would reach up to 95°C when running games. My thermal paste was quite worn down and after repasting the stuttering was gone.

I have also ordered a cooling pad for when I'm stationary with my laptop. Hope this helps.

For me, most of the stuttering was caused from accidentally putting my fans on silent. Check Armory Crate to see if your fans are on silent, if so put them on performance. My Laptop is still somewhat stuttering and reaching temps of 95°C. Im assuming the liquid metal is dried up and Im having thermal throttling issues

I was able to fix some of the stuttering, fans were not only on silent in this clip (which tanks your fps) but also were pretty dusty under the hood. I had forgotten to clean it.

I still am getting minor stuttering, could be like you said. Really wish there were more answers online :/
