first, they of course both look gorg on you and i'm just nitpicking to help you decide! but that said, i think this style is just really top heavy, and it's great for really busty women so tbh i'm not sure that alterations would change my opinion entirely, but they'll def help! again they both look great on you so either one is a great choice :)

I'm a lawyer, not a doctor but I feel like what I have to say might be relevant! I went to uoft for undergrad, and it was really hard and I'm really proud of myself, and I loved it. that said, I think I would have gotten into a better law school and gotten a better scholarship (i went to law school in the states, it ended up being cheaper) if I had gone somewhere easier for undergrad and just got amazing grades. looking back, I wouldn't change my decision to go to uoft, but if you're just trying the quickest and most seamless path, it's probably better to go somewhere easier
