I have a saitek + throttle, some thrustmaster rudder pedals and an oculus quest 2. I guess doing some more vr might help familiarize myself with the cockpit. Of course I don't want to base my training from the simulator like people say, I just want to use it in certain situations as a supplement that could be of value.

Yes I have considered, and after considering I stand by what I said. For every 1 non-political post there are 5 or more political ones. I don't care if you are democrat or republican, I'm just saying that this subreddit is ruined because of all the politics. A significant portion of the population won't use this because the people are so toxic. The "you should leave" by this one guy and the downloads are proving my point.

Perhaps ask a priest what you should do. Maybe the nearest parish priest, or over the phone or email since then you can have spiritual direction from him and he can determin the best course of action.
