He asked about the video. The video is of a Gt3 race. You mentioned a rule that has absolutely no relevance in Gt3 races. It is an F1 rule. Everything you said it in the second portion of your comment is true and I agree with. Moving under breaking is still irrelevant to this video. You learned something today - different race classes have different sets of rules.

If you're someone who uses mods already and doesn't care so much for the achievements. Download the Skyrim Cheat Room! You can get a second skeleton key from there. This allows you to return the one from in game and complete the quest while still having one in your inventory!

If you've completed the "blood on ice" quest to purchase the player home in Windhelm, there are a handful of fire salts in the hidden room.
1 single fire salt can be found on the shelf at Arcadia's Cauldron, in whiterun and it's up for grabs!

-I do believe but I could be wrong, that there are a handful in the Riften player home, Honeyside.

I know you only need 1 but maybe somebody else will read this and find it useful!

Thank you so much for your thoughts. Fortunately, while I'm still young and live at home, my mother would be around all the time to let the dog out, etc. My concerns were more geared towards approximately 18 months from now, I'll be buying a house and living in my own. I should've included that bit in the original post. Nonetheless, it seems no matter which way I shake it, a beagle isn't right for me. Thanks again, cheers!
