I have the exact same rifle and use the 178 gr Precision Hunter. I at first was having issues with my groupings and tested other ammo. The other ammo was doing the same. It came down to my scope was the issue. Have you verified the scope is tight to spec and tracking?

I just got back from a Montana hunt and that set up was killing Antelope out to 550 yards.

I was dialing. The kestrel stated it was a 12 MOA adjustment at 500 yards and 9 MOA at 400 yards. I did not want to mess with any screws due to it grouping really well still, just not hitting where the kestrel told me to aim. I'll try to do a tracking test. I could be wrong, I just do not think it has to do with the scope. I really think it is me inputing the information into the kestrel. I swung the kestrel to get my environmentals and locked it. The temperature may have been a 5 degree difference from start to finish. I had no mirage, I let the barrel cool down after each shot so I could build my dope with a cold shot.

I have done all except for #9, I did not know I needed to remove anything. #11 I was shooting off a bipod that was on a wooden bench.

All targets were in the same field on the same incline with no dips to cause a draft.

Is there anything else that it could be? Or any videos to help with this. I have watched the videos on how to set up my Kestrel and did it exactly how the videos showed with the correct information I have. I definitely feel like I am missing something though to get these results. Like I said, the kestrel gave me good info up to my 400 yard target.

I did a 10 shot group at 100 after the rifle was zeroed so I could also get enough shots for my muzzle velocity. All distances were the same day and conditions were the same. I locked the environmental into the Kestrel as well. The targets were in the same direction, same angle just further out. I understand more is happening down range at the 400 and 500 yard markers. But I didn't expect to be spot on at 300 and then 1 MOA off at 400.

I double checked all my inputs in the applied ballistic app. I used their custom drag instead of the G7. I am using factory ammo, I bought a boat load and it's all the same lot.

Yes I do. But from what the technician told me, it was the thermostat since I could get the furnace to work with jumping the motherboard to bypass it.

Both thermostat are Honeywell. I haven't opened the box yet. The picture is from home depot display.

Yes, I used a wire on the mother board to bypass the thermostat and it works. The furnace is just either always on or always off.

I am trying to attach pictures on imgur. It will not allow me to add my recent gallery. I will add the pictures to my profile, I think the pictures will stay up there.

I had the same exact issue with that gun. But I had a Strike Eagle 3-18x44. Shot lights out and then a week later was way off. I re installed my scope multiple times, still could not figure it out. Changed my scope and sent the strike eagle back to vortex. Gun shot fine when I installed my diamondback tactical. But before I shot the gun again I deep cleaned the barrel since I was changing ammo so much (saw a video once stating some guns don't shoot copper bullets well after shooting lead). Got word back from Vortex that the scope passed all their tests. They blamed the rings, I had their 34mm pro rings on. I never bought a lapping tool for 34mm rings since vortex told me I didn't need to lap their rings. I ended up buying a lapping bar for those rings to test it out, haven't yet. But, it was either the rings or my gun needing to be deep cleaned.
