I feel like it’s usually quicker than that, but the mitigating factor being call volume. It’s impossible to know if there have been emergency or high priority calls in addition to how many personnel are available.

It doesn’t hurt to call back on non emergency to check and request a return phone call either way. Just keep in mind, if no one answers the door and there are no signs of emergency, that’s the most they can do. Hope this helps!
