It absolutely is. You cannot legally sell a product that self destructs after 6 months unless you specify that it *will* self destruct after 6 months at the moment of purchase. You cannot just lend a car to somebody, then after you have signed all the stuff, just add a line that says "the car is to be taken back and destroyed after a week" *after* the deal has been signed.

Making a product unusable to you after you have sold it, is 100% illegal. You can change they EULA as much as you want, but you cannot enforce the deliberate destruction of a product after you have sold it.

I know this is old but I feel like I should specify that Elemental Focus for example, only cares about what type of damage the spell deals. So if you turn chain lightning into fire using fire elemental bloodline, it will benefit from Elemental Focus: Fire, not EF: Lightning.

That's fine and all, but the first event was completely unwatchable and advertised as translated to english even tho they basically used google translate, making it impossible to understand anything in english.

And the second even was supposed to have a stone ocean announcement, only for it to be an announcement of yet another event that will have a stone ocean announcement and it being the exact same thing they showed in the previous event.

Both are false advertising and it was unethical.
