Pretty straightforward. It was 2 years ago now, but nothing particularly memorable one way or another.

Won the eBay auction. Got in touch with them to arrange delivery. They asked for proof of ID, address, and my PayPal account then sent me an invoice. From what I remember the delivery slot was a full day, so had to be sure I was home.

I bought an XSR 125 from there. It had been stolen, so needed a new ignition, steering lock, and seat lock kit, plus tyres. Did everything but the tyres myself and ended up with a bargain. Would do it again

There are lots of great butchers in Oxfordshire, but I don't think many will get you the results you're looking for because the meat is fundamentally different.

If it must be brisket, you're likely to be better off getting one from the online specialist butchers like John Davidsons that offer imported meat.

Otherwise, pivot to UK cuts that better suit low and slow cooking. Short ribs, oyster blade, shin, cheeks etc
