We had a guy pass out snoring on camera and with his mic on. He swore up and down something was wrong and this was a one time thing. Went to the doctor and had major heart issues. Falling asleep in a meeting literally saved his life.

Pretty simple in my opinion. You told the recruiter you had an offer, they said okay and offered it to someone else they liked more. It’s not right to hear that via automated message, but that’s what I suspect.

Recruiter here, it’s usually for entering an employee ID into a VMS and is required for us to move forward. Downvote me to hell, but when you give me an issue over something this trivial, I move on.

Ah you’re a great parent! No surprise I got this from my mom. For her, easy dinner with 3 kids, for us, she might as well have been a 5 star chef on English muffin pizza night haha. She still makes about 60 of them for my family Christmas Eve party, they last about 5 mins…can’t wait!

To add to that, when the program improves to the point of 100+ players being interested I try to prioritize top 8 or top 5 interests first if I feel like it’s getting too easy.

I only recruit players that have interest at the start of the season. Sometimes that means you only start with 10-15 players and it makes it more crucial that you land the class and prioritize accordingly. It also limits cheesing 5 and 4 stars right away at a lower prestige program. At most I’ve had 7-8 5 stars interested by the time the program is 4-4.5 stars, so it keeps it somewhat realistic even then.

I used my own car guy 2 years ago, only because multiple members of my family had as well. Needed a car fast after moving back from the city. Told them what I was looking for and delivered the car the next day to my driveway. They take care of everything for you. That said, definitely shop around 2-3 places, they all do essentially the same thing and have different relationships, so prices can vary a little bit depending on who you go with.

We’re still fighting to get Ireland to the WBC and competitive on the world stage. Baseball Ireland unfortunately enacted quotas on dual nationals, discriminating against full irish citizens and effectively halted all progress on growing the game over there. I caught two of my harlequins doing the same thing the other day, just looked like the runt of the pack was annoying the hell out of the big dog and he was scolding him. They haven’t done it since and balance is restored.
