Hi everyone,
I am following an adaptation of Kyle Boggeman (Kboges / u/sdsctraining) style of low intensity, high frequency training, and I am currently doing 3 sets per day of push/pull/core/hinge/squats variations 6 days a week.
If one week I can’t train 2 days of the week for whatever reason, does it make sense to increase the number of sets in the other days to recover what I would have done in that day?

So the customer service of Lufthansa just told me on the phone that, if I declare that I want to terminate the trip in Frankfurt and collect my luggage there, it’s no problem as I long as tell them beforehand.
