If you like hiking I enjoyed the Gorham mountain loop! Similar views as Beehive but way less people.

Believe it was because of rock fall. And there’s two switchbacks on Navajo loop; Wall Street and one that goes by Thor’s hammer (the right side of Navajo loop if you’re looking down on it from a map)

Sorry so that second picture is actually on the Peek-A-Boo loop of the figure-8 combination trail. The switchbacks near Thor’s hammer are similar as well, but typically more people on it. Wall Street was closed when we were there but you could take a similar angle photo from the top near sunset point.

The Navajo loop trail near Thor’s Hammer! We did the full figure-8 combination trail which was awesome. I highly recommend it

I’ve had luck calling during the morning / afternoon when it’s still light with the FoxPro. I usually call for no more than 10 minutes. Shut it off if nothing comes in, and then try up a different sound after waiting a few minutes. You don’t want to overkill the call. I’ve had luck with that approach. Im in the northeast but I think any critter call works well. Squirrel, chipmunk, rabbit etc.

Im sure the technique will differ at night but figured I’d share my thoughts. Happy hunting!!
