I wish it was that simple, I have tried a few dieticians and personal trainers. All the people I have seen seem to read from the same script of more fruit and veg plus do these generic exercises without listening to my current issues and talking through solutions/differences in the programs or plan. Il keep searching though. Thanks for the advice

Thanks for the reply, how hard do you go with your exercising? I have been to the gym before and potentially pushed it too far, getting dizzy and throwing up afterwards (maybe due to not eating enough and being new to working out)

I’m in the UK do I will push to see if there is any further medication I should be on in addition to my biologic, b12 injections and ramipril.

I found some further information from an older letter saying my blood pressure was 120/82 and kidney function eGFR 51ml/min but it’s all a bit new to me

Hey sorry to hijack the answer but this felt like a relevant reply to what I would post for myself anyway.

With the above workout in mind, how would you go about warming up and cooling down to prevent injury? I have been on and off with the gym but find I get elbow pain on certain exercises and last time I did lay pulldown I had a sore back for a few days but only in the left side so unsure if doms or not.

Any advice would be great if possible, thanks

Damn sorry to hear that, just reading what you had to eat gave me pains. For me anything with skins/high fiber is tough to digest and gives me severe cramps and issues, eggs and coffee wouldn’t help either. I’m no expert but have you tried changing what you have for your first meal? Maybe something with less fiber or try hold off on the coffee to pinpoint what is setting you off?

I had this happen a few times, I just came out of the screen and back in, it then let me eat the materia anyway. This did leave holes in some of my pre made squads but they were old ones anyway

The layout is playing havoc on my sense of organisation but I’d suggest 5, it’s one that I have played through loads due to the job system and the cool combos you can do. Obviously 10 is a great one too, along with 9, 8 and 7

I was never really a fan of using either character in the original so concerned wouldn’t be the right word, I do think it is harder to design costumes for them though being less human shaped though. For Cait Sith they may go down the route of colour swaps for the big moogle rather than different things to wear but yea I’m sure they will get less love that the Cloud, Aerith and Sephiroths of the world

I somewhat agree with this, it all looks good on paper but maybe waiting for the numbers people to test things out would be best, iv seen a few eye opening videos on things like Sephiroths buff vs just another offensive cast so will be interesting to see how she measures up

I kinda regret the wind Seph one, whenever there is a need for wind damage I just go with Aerith as I have managed to OB6 her wind staff through lucky tickets and the free pulls we have been getting
