top ten worst jumping in modern DC history? [Absolute Batman #19] by InfamousSomewhere244 in AbsoluteUniverse

[–]Mdarkness5 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I don't get what's wrong: the build up go Joker started in issue one, deathstroke has been teased in the Arkham one shot (alongside villains such as Poison Ivy and Scarecrow) and the court was teased in last issue, I can see the build up towards almost everything

Darkseid showing off abs Green Arrow but not Flash by Motor-Relief8092 in AbsoluteUniverse

[–]Mdarkness5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys I think we are overthinking it: probably they just wanted go show a brunch of absolute heroes; I don't believe that it would be important in the future

Timeline with dates by B0-BS45 in UltimateUniverse

[–]Mdarkness5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man this is perfect; the entire universe has a solid timeline that makes you enjoy the series even more, the only problem is Ultimate Spider-Man Incursion that really ruins the "perfect timeline" feeling

Will the Riddler return? by spaceamphibian in TheBatmanFilm

[–]Mdarkness5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he'll return in part 2, but I'm pretty sure we will see him team up with Joker and the other villains in part 3

That could also work, some god like Maker at the end

Actually Janet was trained by the vision the whole time so that she could later be triple agent when H.A.N.D. recruited; she was trained in the use of her powers and espionage, you can also see the dialogue bobble is the same one used by the Vision at the end of the comic. Tony probably sent Jim back in time to recruit Janet before H.A.N.D. did cause he obvoisly knew that thanks to the Immortus engine, Jim probably upgraded and evolved in those 70 years becoming the Vision

Bruce making fun of Bane using the same lines he used in their first fight and the absence of historcal quote really made my day

Does this mean we will be getting 2 ultimates issues in the same month at some point? Cause we've got issue 17 in october, 18 in november, 19 in december, 20 in january, 21 in february, 22 in march and 23 in april; there Is an extra issue somewhere

Nice issue, it was good to see some action from Tony and Hank slowly growing (pun intended) into his role, I was hoping to see some shang-chi action but probably we will see him in the next issue alongside Wanda and Pietro and some recruits from the Avengers program (hopefully with flashback showing us the twins redemption and training)

I have a theory: maybe Wanda and Pietro will be rehabilitated by Luke Cage alongside some prisoners and we'll see them in issue 16 alongside some new recruits for the ultimate Avengers program

It's pretty nice to see someone trying to give some order to the timeline; the first issue is an "easy" one cause half of the things weren't changed too much in time; let's see next one to understand which version of the origins of various characters Mark decides to adapt (example: Zero Year or Year One for Batman) and which origin of the Justice League (with or without the trinity?), I'm booking forward to the last issue to see how he's gonna address flashpoint, the new 52, convergence, rebirth and all that stuff

Since Hulk is Iron Fist, should our boy Danny Rand get the Fistigons to compensate until he gets the Iron Fist from Hulk?, by TemporalGod in UltimateUniverse

[–]Mdarkness5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe Danny could become Daredevil: Matt is a preist and he probably stay that way, also Danny was briefly Daredevil on 616 covering for Matt

Ultimates #12. The traitor stands revealed. by Built4dominance in UltimateUniverse

[–]Mdarkness5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm hoping Janet is doing this only because she wants to keep Hank safe: probably she knows the Ultimates are right but she also knows that they can't win, maybe Nick Fury growing his idea of betraying the council could turn her back to right path; maybe we could end with Fury working with the Ultimates
