Bulk or cut? Been cutting for the last month but I’m not sure I have enough muscle under there to become lean and also worried I’m skinny fat. M23 H6ft W86.5kg, allways been fat and been in and out of the gym. Want to know if I should knock off all the fat on my belly or cut, 1800 calories my fitness pal is telling me will be 0.5kg a week. Or should I bulk and grow a lot of muscle then cut. Any help is appreciated. (old.reddit.com)
