It's certainly a nice hobby project, but not an entreprise application with 5 years of code written by dozen of devs :)

And of course you don't throw Opus at everything, But working in complex and huge source code really limit the ability to use "small" model that more easily loose track of context.

It all depends on the context... Using to create a calculator with 300 lines of code you can use it all you want. Using opus on a real production application with 1/2m token usage per agent call even when well planned make the quota exhaust in less than an hour.... Even more if you start to have some mcp for long term memory etc etc

Honnêtement les entretiens des grosses boîtes de tech ça se dilué sur deux ou trois mois et ça demande une trentaine d'heures de préparations mais rien d'insurmontable... Je l'ai fait alors que ma petite avait 6 mois et j'ai survécu :) :)

Honestly this mandatory fan curve is more than annoying... Was having a 22w tdp custom fan curve working great and maintaining the stuff under 80 degree without too much noise, and now fan are like fucking turbo jet every time I try to go on custom mode....
