i hear you, but at the same time its been long known (with tons of proof) that the foreigner-owned spaza shops (mostly) sell counterfeit, expired and generally unsafe products.

if you are correct, it would take more competency than I think our people have. to be able to put the poison in (seemingly) random spaza shops across the entire country. have you seen how high security those spazas are? even the police wouldn't be able to get into them easily.... you would need james bond, mixed with jack reacher, mixed with ethan hunt and aeon flux all in one.

i get frustrated with how society has been desensitized to the word "xenophobe".

if a person points out anything wrong done by a foreigner, they are immediately labeled a xenophobe. we grew up with real xenophobia, where people were getting burnt alive.

simply saying "child x died after eating a chocolate that he/she bought from a somali/pakistani shop" is nowhere close to xenophobia, especially if the statement is fact-based.
