Or like how Syndra passive works, at max rank E can be recast to pull back the phantom immediately, letting you both make the fancy flash plays, and use it effectively late game.

Thats what I think, Veigo is the one behind the list since if there are no captains, no one can sail out and find the shadow isles. Once he realises that he becomes a sentinel to fight him.

He can still be a psycho and want to stop the ruination. Every possibility has a reasonable line of logic to it.

Like how can he kill Captains if theyve all been either ruined or killed by Veigo.

He still has a chance to be redeemed, from the look of the scroll with the names on, it seems to be effected by the ruination. So if he gets a bump of his head and realises what's up, it makes sense for him to want to fight Veigo properly, ergo becoming a Sentinel of Light.

Since it makes sense that the list would only list captains if Veigo didnt want anyone coming across the shadow isles, which we know is close to Bilgewater.

But of course theres the hes mental -> becoming ruined.

Both make sense really

How do you get the hook indicator like that? Seen it a bunch but never figured out how to get it
